What system does Bubble use for Sending Reset Password Emails?

The built in workflow action for send email is horrendous and doesn’t work. Emails don’t go to inbox and don’t even show up in SPAM folders.

However, when requesting a reset password link they do work.

Is Bubble using a different service for these types of emails?

I think they may have created a separate transactional server on Sendgrid.
