What to do for Image Captions for Multi-Image Uploading

Using a multi-file uploader and displaying previews of the files/images in a repeating group (RG) with each RG cell containing an input for the image caption, i can’t get it to save the the data type of the cell holding both the file and the caption, as the inputs in the RG cells are not showing in the workflow dynamic data options. I’m using a ‘Schedule API workflow on a list’ to handle the list of images to upload.

When dealing with image captions for multi-file uploading, what can I do. Can’t find much detail on this.

BTW-- Data type “group images” has field of List of “single images”
Data type “single images” has a image (file) and an image caption (text)

Hi! So you’re basically trying to extract information from an input field in a repeating group, is that right?

@Zeroic yeah exactly; saving the input value for the image caption to the data type so the image and caption are associated together.

Hi Steve! You can extract the values from all these input fields using this plugin - Input RG Values · BEP Plugin | Bubble Once you get the list of these values, you can sum the entire list Let me know if this is helpful

Not sure that plugin will be right for this use case. Trying to run an api workflow on a list that creates each entry with a file in one field (the image), and the caption of that file from the same group. Tried Orchestra plugin but no success. You know any ways of getting it to reference the caption input’s value in the RG?
