My business is appointment based, but purchased services are not redeemed until the moment of the scheduled appointment as clients have a penalty free 24 hour cancellation window. I’m just curious how people are managing this? Thanks, all help is much appreciated!
Not sure what your payment workflow is like, but you could try a “checked in” status with your users and charge them at the time of the appointment if you keep their info on file. If they cancel within the window, they’re no longer checked in and don’t get charged.
In my case, clients are charged in full each month in advance.
