You’ll need to define different attributes for the OS for different languages.
Then you can select the appropriate attribute to show based on the User’s preferred language.
Sadly, that’s the only way to do it right now.
Being able to set an App Text as a value for an OS attribute would be a solution, but it can’t be done right now as far as I know.
