We just ran a virtual event and our admin pages that display what each user is currently doing were each updated with very different frequencies. Trying to understand what factors play into this. Please share any insights you may have. Thanks!

Seems that user’s information who are not active doesn’t seem to get updated in our Admin UI (even though database changes were pre-scheduled for them). This is true on 1 particular page for sure, but not sure about the others. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
In 1 instance, a whole section of information didn’t update until the page was refreshed 2 hours later, but usually this same section updates in (near) real-time as new information comes into our database. The inconsistency is odd to me. Would like to understand what’s driving this.
