The floating groups with positions top or bottom disappear when the page is scrolled. It is displayed when the scroll position is at the top. Isthere a solution? ?
are you using any custom css or html or plugins that alter the css or html?

I don’t know the cause, but the problem was resolved by recreating the floating group.
