I’m more interested in how founders actually determine whether someone is capable of working safely inside an existing product.
A portfolio tells you they can build something.
But that seems different from entering an existing app, understanding someone else’s logic, fixing things without breaking other features, and improving it over time.
This question comes up a lot in the area I work around with Girmairi — adding engineering capacity to products that already exist.
For founders or Bubble developers here, what would you test before giving someone meaningful access to the product?
