I’ve reported this and have seen this on 2 Australian apps over the last 3 days - the white screen of death shows when a client went to a version-test URL and when another client went to the live home page URL. The live home page URL white screen was during a product demonstration to a government department - so the worst time of all to get a white screen.
@emmanuel has said previously to do a minor release to live to sort of brute force a refresh of assets which I’ve done so hopefully fixes the issue but what I takeaway from that advice is that whenever Bubble has an outage, I should do a release to live - just in case.
This advice I only found after doing a forum search - this is unacceptable - if there is a chance of the white screen then this fix advice should be in an email to users.
We could have well lost users due to this issue as well as an investment partner.
