Hi @paul14 - Yes, you’ll need some type of software installed on the client device (your user’s computer) to facilitate the communication between the browser and hardware peripherals such as a serial communications interface with a weight scale or ESC/POS commands to the receipt printer. Two really good ones to check out are JSPrintManager (it’s what I use) and QZ Tray.
