Why can't I reset a password with this setup?

Hi Forum,
I have trouble to reset a user their password.

I send the email via postmark. I use the token from bubble to reset the password but I get this popup when I try to reset it:

Translation = This is not a valid password reset request. Make sure that another reset email is sent to you.

Does the email exist as a user in the db?

Uhm, when I search the unique id from the password reset I don’t see anything here in the user database? That is weird because I created a account for this user.

How do you know? Have you tried using the debugger?

Because I logged In using the index page I created. There I log in as a admin, and then I can select a customer, and via that page I can send a reset password email.

Now it is visible in the DB. How does the reset password link work? https://pro.bobii.nl/reset_pw?reset={THISUSERUNIQUEID} ?

is the option Just make token, don't send email checked on the send password reset email action?
can you share the link that is not working?
