Honestly, this will probably never happen…
it’s why the whole vibe code thing is a really crazy argument.
Most will never hit that wall because 50 or a hundred users won’t ever get them there.
Uber uses Cursor also, but they don’t enter a prompt and then go out for happy hour to drink some Margaritas and come back to a fully functional app…
they go over every bit of code that AI gave them, because they know the error rate can sometimes be crazy, and they have a lot of money at stake.
It’s like someone excited they built a garden shed in their backyard, while someone else built a 50-story building.
Different usage levels. And basically, until someone has been at that higher tier of having a very successful app, they’ll never quite understand the full argument.
We’re in a time when a 12-year-old can sit in their bedroom and build an app. Probably won’t go far, but you can’t argue with them that it’s not a real app.
