While I understand every system needs maintenance Bubble really needs to do better when it comes to the times these activities occur! While I am still developing its not so much of an issue. But this is pretty damn scary when you get a message while customers are trying to use a system during business hours.

How about a schedule of maintenance activity so that we can at least let customers know that the system will be down during a particular window, even better find a time which is not during peak times for some of your customers??
Apologies for the outage. We were performing emergency maintenance to resolve the root cause of the brief outages we had in the last couple days. I believed this would be a safe operation with no more than a couple seconds of downtime, but restarting one of our databases took a couple minutes instead of a few seconds for reasons I’m still looking into.
As @vincent56 points out, we don’t have regular “off-time” maintenance windows because we have customers in all time zones.
Anyway, the maintenance is complete and I’m keeping an eye on things but our systems seem healthy right now
While I know it is difficult to find a window which matches all time zones. Pre-notice would be a good idea, this is not the first time and those with customers have to manage the fallout - disastrous for a start-up trying to make a good impression!
At the very least an option for us to add a maintenance message to our bubble account so we can keep customers informed when this happens would be an idea.
