When I open any of the 3 apps on my account, the work area is foggy, like it has a semi-transparent white layer on top. Anyone know why this is happening?

Click the eye in the top nav.

No problem! As @astephen7 says, the eye icon toggles “x-ray mode”. That will remove it.
