Workflow works on Mac only & not on Windows

Hi all, wondering if anyone has an idea of what’s going on here.

I have two very similar instances where clicking on a button/icon, is not running the workflow on Windows (used by clients) but it works on a Mac (what I use). Tested with Mac & Windows both running google chrome.

The GIF shows the user experience on my MacBook for my custom resource workflow. However on Windows when the arrow “Icon switch to standard resource” is clicked nothing happens.
The same happens for the operator field directly below the Unit # field.

Design:
My inputs are conditionally set to show when the source data’s “Show Custom Resource” or “Show Custom Employee” = “Yes”.


Workflow:
When the arrow icon is clicked it changes: Show Custom… = “No”

I added the Show/Hide element portions to the Resource workflow as an attempt to force it to work, but they aren’t present on the “Switch to custom employee” workflow and it still works.

Database:
In the database the “Show Custom Resource/Employee” fields are only changing when I use a Mac but won’t change when using Windows.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
