Workflows don't work! Bug / something wrong w me computer?

Everything was fine but stopped working like 30 min ago

for example, I can’t click ANYTHING to do a workflow

My system is showing 100%. It did this last night too so I suspect there is an issue like last night. Status page doesnt show any issues but I am sure there is one
