Hi,

So I’m setting up google domains to point to my app. I’ve followed the guide ([Setting up Cloudflare with Google Domains](http://forum.bubble.io/t/setting-up-cloudflare-with-google-domains/70089)) for this, and previously it was working fine. However now, when I press preview I am facing the following error message on screen:

Error: OwnerError

Message: Oops! You’ve pointed [app.bubble.io](http://app.bubble.io) to Bubble, but we don’t have an application associated with this domain yet!
Code: 1573844242816x992234616269919400

There was one previous post on this ([Error: You've pointed xxxxxx.com to Bubble, but we don't have an application associated with this domain yet](http://forum.bubble.io/t/error-youve-pointed-xxxxxx-com-to-bubble-but-we-dont-have-an-application-associated-with-this-domain-yet/64995)) But the instructions here no longer appear to be valid as I cannot follow the step ‘Copy the API Key and put it in Bubble Main page- settings- domain/email, crete app domain.’.

Any suggestions?

Hi @phil.13.thomas!

Could you share your app’s domain?

Most likely what is happening here is you’ve done a CNAME for the main url ([example.com](http://example.com)) and then a subdomain ([www.example.com](http://www.example.com)) and pointed them both to [bubble.io](http://bubble.io).

However, [www.example.com](http://www.example.com)’s CNAME should be pointing to the original [example.com](http://example.com) or redirecting to it.

domain is [www.thefuturesnotwhatitusedtobe.com](http://www.thefuturesnotwhatitusedtobe.com)

I have a synthetic record of @ pointing to [www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com)

CNAME www pointing to [app.bubble.io](http://app.bubble.io).
Then another CNAME for mailgun, but I’m guessing this doesn’t affect this… right?

EDIT: Weird. I click the link above and it loads as it should. But if I’m editing and click preview, I get the above error message.

The best thing to do here is actually use a Cloudflare Page Rule to make www. redirect to the main domain!

Here’s how;

First navigate to page rules in Cloudflare;

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/bubble/original/3X/1/3/139dddf4342db8041613f6dabaedbb59815a1367.png)

Then, click “Create New Page Rule”

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/bubble/original/3X/4/2/42de4f498a6b78becbc606cd5858658dd6ed9b48.png)

Then, enter the domain you need to redirect;

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/bubble/original/3X/3/c/3cb290e2265486e10fb63547d3525401101a23c8.png)

Then, enter the domain you’re redirecting it to;

## **Important Note;**

The main you’re redirecting to must be your [Bubble.io](http://Bubble.io) domain which may be found in your app settings;

(your [bubble.io](http://bubble.io) domain is the domain you’re redirecting TO, the other domain is any domain/sub-domain which is not your [bubble.io](http://bubble.io) domain)
