Specifically, it would be helpful if you could share following:

  • The plugin version you are currently using, along with the OS and browser where you’re testing your app
  • Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share a screenshot or a Loom video showing the plugin element settings, states, and the workflow you’re using.

I also observed that the custom state you’re using to mute the video appears to be set in the conditional tab of the page (index) element, rather than in the conditional tab of the plugin element, as demonstrated in our Demo Editor page.
