Ziggeo -- not able to make the plugin working

I followed the bubble plugin integration instruction but I see the error message “You are not allowed to access the application from this site”.

I activated Ziggeo paid plan and also published my bubble app. But the same message persists.

Hi to both,

Let me just immediately mention that I work at Ziggeo, then go to what is happening.

There are 3 Bubble plugins for Ziggeo. None of them are created or operated by Ziggeo. You can see more here: https://ziggeo.com/docs/integrations/bubble

The reason why I mention this is because different plugins do things in a slightly different ways.

Our system would show you “You are not allowed to access the application from this site” would be shown based on the allowed domains.

Allowed domains can be found by:

Log into your Ziggeo account
Click on the application that you are using
Click on the Manage sub menu on the left under the same application
Now on the right, go to Allowed Domains

To make sure that your application token is allowed everywhere you would need to make sure that the entry is only * (a star character).

This would mean that the domains allowed to use your application are all domains.

Now once you have everything set up if you want to lock down the domains, you will be able to simply remove the wildcard (*) and set a specific domain or even combination of the wildcard and domain name like *.bubbleapps.io

At first, I do suggest just having the wildcard.

Now if your Allowed Domains are already set with wildcard (which is default) please make sure that you are using your own application token.

For reference, we found that some of our customers by mistake copied the app tokens found on our own pages (sandboxes, and other pages) which are designed to only work on our own pages. This is also done through allowed domains however you can only change this for your own applications

Once this is done you should not really need to do anything else, the bug will no longer be present.

PS: I do suggest reaching out to our support team through support@ziggeo.com (for anyone having this issue and not have done so already) as we might not be able to track/notice all of the questions here.

The video works in Chrome but not in Safari. It’s related with Adobe Flash issue.
