Hello, I got 3 questions about the Ziggeo plugin:

  1. I would like to disable re-takes (no do-over), is that possible?
  2. I would like to auto-start the upload if no thumbnail is chosen (or disable thumbnail selection if this is not possible).
  3. Is it possible to use Ziggeo for video conferencing/video chat?

Hi,

Unfortunately, you’re limited to only a number of modifications on this plugin, it’s not possible to disable re-records, or pass the upload without thumbnail.

What you can do however, is limit the recording time, or size, and set the recorder to allow updates or not.

As for the video chat, this is on Ziggeo roadmap, but it will not be implemented before Q4 of this year.
