Designing cocreators as a platform for systems level social entrepreneurship. Our foundational architecture (legal, financial and technical) will support an ecosystem of worker owned and governed companies. The intention is to preference, protect and provide equity to reward labor more than capital. Cocreators is inspired by Mondragon Cooperatives and intends to champion and deploy cutting edge legal and financial models that facilitate the transition from power resting in the investor/owner/governance class to a more egalitarian and democratic worker/owner-based society. We are also inspired by the body of work known as “Exit to Community” which is an evolutionary framework for founding companies aligned with best practices similar to B-Corps.
