Calculate days from a date range - Vacation planning

Hi

I cant figure out how to subtract Sundays & Saturdays from a date range.
Basically what I would like to do is picking a start and end date - from that range, I would like to get the number of days excluding all Sundays and Saturdays from that range.

Any ideas?
