My conditionals will not reorder.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

At a glance this looks like a bug. In order for us to best look into this for you if you haven’t already it would be great if you could submit a bug report so our team can take a deeper look. Our support team will be able to verify the bug here and forward that to our engineers and/or provide you with a work around.
