Google Maps - Save Place Name along with address [Solved]

Hi,

I am using google Maps API, its working fine, when i click in form with submit button, address is saved, not with the place name
Ex:- if i search for movie theatre , i get it in map, but when i click submit button only geographic address is saved not place name (Theatre Name)
Help me to solve this, below is the link off my App,

You can access the place details via API and save them.
