Is it possible to send the reset password e-mail with another tool?

Hello,
I’d like to send “reset password” transactional e-mail with another tool. I did it for the confirmation e-mail. But in that specific case, i don’t know how to generate and use the reset link outside bubble ? Any idea ? Thanks.
