A fixed with group doesn't change from center to left or right when clicked

So Im trying to center a fixed width group.

When I go to the responsive tab and click the center, left, or right button it doesn’t do anything.

The group seems to be tied to the header which is not fixed width. Im not sure what’s going on.

You might need to share some screen shots so other people may be able to opine on what might be going on. Hard to diagnose a responsive design issue with no visuals.
