I’m not 100% clear on what you mean, but I’ll try my best.
You cannot deeply your app live without a paid plan, Bubble made recent changes to the Free Plan (Changes to our free plan).
I’m not sure what you mean here. Bubble isn’t open-source, so if you built an app on Bubble, you must have a paid plan to deploy it.
