Action when appointment is accepted (email with ics file received)

Hi guys,
In my app, I have clients who want to book a service, and providers who offer booking slots. When a client clicks on the desired schedule date, an email is sent to the provider using the “Send meeting request by email” workflow:


The sender email adress would be something like “”. Furthermore, I store the meeting data in a “Meeting” thing.

What I don’t understand is how Bubble handles the answer email, when the provider accepts the meeting in his calendar and sends back an email with the updated ics file. How can I attach a workflow to an event “when email received”? How does Bubble handle emails and ics files (icalendar)?

Would be really grateful if you could point me in the right direction!
