I just released my new Bubble plugin: Advanced Form Builder.
Advanced Form Builder helps you create beautiful, responsive, and highly customizable forms in Bubble without needing to build every field manually from scratch.
It includes ready-made form types for contact forms, surveys, applications, intake forms, registrations, feedback forms, checkout flows, quote requests, booking requests, support requests, and fully custom forms.
You can start quickly by choosing a built-in template, or go advanced by using a custom JSON schema. The form structure can be edited manually, copied from the demo page, or even customized with the help of an AI tool.
The plugin supports multiple input types, file uploads, validation, wizard/multi-step forms, conditional fields, ratings, sliders, success messages, redirects, hidden metadata fields, and workflow events.
Everything can be styled directly from Bubble’s property editor, making it easy to match the form to your app’s design.
This plugin is built for Bubble builders who want more flexible forms, faster setup, and cleaner user experiences, whether you are building a marketplace, SaaS app, booking platform, internal tool, or client project.
