AI is making live easier for bubble.io developers and app developers in general!

Last week, while working on a Bubble.io mobile app project that needed Stripe api integration and OneSignal push notifications, I stumbled on something new: both platforms now have chatbot assistants right inside their API reference pages.

Instead of guessing parameters or testing calls blindly, I literally asked Stripe’s assistant: “How do I set up recurring payments with customer metadata?”—and it gave me a clear breakdown. Same thing with OneSignal’s assistant when I needed help linking player IDs.

For Bubble developers like me, this feels like the missing puzzle piece. It makes integrating 3rd party services easier, so I can focus on:

UI/UX design that users love

Scalable backend workflows

Building reliable MVPs, CRMs, and SaaS apps

And for clients, it means projects go live faster—with fewer roadblocks in payments, notifications, or CRM integrations.

:fire: Honestly, I left those pages thinking: “If every API had an AI assistant like this, Bubble development would move at twice the speed.”

If you could pick one API to have an AI assistant inside Bubble, which one would it be?

None inside bubble, but I would like to see every api provider offer their own ai assistant. Chat GPT also helps and copy/import CURL is one way I get a call setup a bit quicker sometimes.

You should try perplexity.

ChatGPT seems like it is getting worse every day for some reason
