Announcing Buildprint AI: Build on Bubble with Claude Code and Codex šŸŽ‰

except the last 12 hours maybe

time to touch grass for us

George, I was checking out Triage, and it got me thinking… It would be really useful if Triage had a feature that allowed us to retrieve the agent’s diagnosis and any fixes it made via API (or webhook) once the process is complete.

That would make it possible to build a fully automated helpdesk system, where I could submit a bug report to Buildprint and then automatically retrieve the results and display them directly in the original support ticket.

I think that could open up some really interesting possibilities for automation!

Services should be recovering now!

Would be useful if agent could read my chats/threads. Sometimes i want to archive/clean up chats and i have to do it manually. I wish i could ask agent to do that. Eg read chats, find ones that seems closed, report for me back for review, once approved, archive them all.

This is coming

You can do this if you put Buildprint in Codex

Custom domains in extensions, build an MCP server with Buildprint!

Two huge updates today!

Custom extension domains

Firstly, Extensions now support custom domains. This is useful for user-facing extensions.

This feature is included on all Buildprint plans!

Build an MCP with Buildprint

I will do a full write up in a new post because this is an awesome update, but you can now build a custom MCP server or API for your Bubble app in one prompt!

Try /mcp to explore.

MCP/API is supported with personal access tokens, team tokens, or OAuth (ā€˜sign in with [your app]’).

Hello hello! As a long-time lurker in this thread, I have to give props to George and his team. BP is getting extremely good. I work with Bubble for certain projects and with Claude Code/Codex for others, and BP is clearly closing the gap. It’s single-handedly keeping development in Bubble competitive. (Also the support response time is splendid! )

Ty George!

Thanks! Lots of time going into speed + UX on Buildprint Web atm so agents run faster and its easy to manage lots of parallel work.

Buildprint can now delete branches

In the biggest quality of life improvement to Bubble since Buildprint itself, Buildprint can now delete branches (including immediately after merges).

No more clicking through every branch in the editor to clean it up each week

I connected Slack and trying to figure out a way to get BP to send a message in slack when its done running the current process, is that possible?

Not at the moment, though I suppose you could connect Slack MCP access and it can send it using that?

Now that bubble allows MCP on unpaid plans, is there a way to get buildprint working on free apps?

Hey NQU!
Loving the new features.
Do you recommend we still use

clone with tsx enabled

How is this looking?

Still vibe checking it

I’m quite excited about this also. Do you need to know much about MCPs to build this out?

Is there a cost associated with it?

If I did successfully build it out can it was strict certain fields for my customers.

Jeez I have so many questions about this . I need to Educate myself more on building an MCP server out?

Apparently Buildprint is life changing

George Opus

Every request to the Buildprint public REST API returns 404 No matching routes found. That includes:

  • GET https://api.buildprint.ai/api/public/v1/openapi.json
  • POST https://api.buildprint.ai/api/public/v1/agents
  • GET https://api.buildprint.ai/api/public/v1/agents/<agentId>
  • POST https://api.buildprint.ai/api/public/v1/agents/<agentId>/messages

It worked for us this morning: we were starting agents and sending follow-up messages with a REST API token scoped to our project.

A request with a deliberately invalid token gets the same 404, not a 401, so it doesn’t look like a token problem. The docs (API reference, Getting started) still list https://api.buildprint.ai/api/public/v1 as the base URL.

looks like /public is no longer necessary.
