API Workflow on List presenting dates incorrectly

I have an API Workflow on a list triggering and email with dynamic data. The single dates are showing correctly, but the list of dates (“List/Array” option in the key), are converting times to 1:00am, 2:00am etc…

No matter the time in the database (5:00pm, 6:00pm ect.), it always shows at 1:00am format.
