Hi all,
I’m looking for the best practices for generating PDFs in Bubble.io. My application needs to create PDFs that include:
- Charts (e.g., bar, line, pie charts)
- Clickable links to pages within my Bubble app
- Attached images or PDFs from other files
I’d love to hear what tools or plugins you’re using and any tips to ensure high-quality PDFs. Are there any recommended workflows, especially for handling dynamic data?
I’ve come across a few solutions like PDF Conjurer, SelectPDF, and API-based approaches, but I’d like to know what has worked best for you in real-world scenarios.
Thanks in advance for your insights!
Use PDF Potion because the pricing is reasonable, and it’s more secure than alternatives in how its implemented.
Thanks for the shoutout @georgecollier!
@jbriesemeister if there’s any way I can help with PDF Potion (or any other PDF solutions you might try) do let me know.
You may be interested in this article I wrote a couple of months back on the various Bubble PDF solutions that are available. I’ll admit it’s not completely unbiased (given I have two PDF solutions of my own), but I think it gives a reasonable overview of the different categories of PDF plugins/solutions.
@georgecollier and @alexcooney5, thank you so much for your quick responses!
@alexcooney5 I read your article and it helped me a lot with my research. The next step will be to test some ideas with PDF Potion. Comparing everything I’ve seen, it seems to be the most appropriate.
