Does it have to be blurred, as opposed to using opacity of the group on top. You could achieve this effect without any CSS: [48%20AM] [23%20AM]

Hi, you can toggle a state like that with just one workflow action. If the page’s blur state is no = that will equal yes and change to yes. Visa versa.
