I already have a Bubble project started. I do not want to rebuild from zero unless absolutely necessary. My budget is $500 per month fixed, not hourly. I want to work in milestones.
Month 1: audit current app + database + workflows
Month 2: finish identity verification flow + admin review popup + approve/reject logic
Month 3: improve UI, privacy rules, bug fixes, and deployment prep
Please tell me what can realistically be completed each month for $500 fixed.

You are looking at about 4-5 hours of work for that amount.
Month 1: You could probably get an audit done in that time, depending on the size of the app.
Month 2: You might be able to do the identity verification flow done, it really depends on how complicated you want it to be.
Month 3: For UI, privacy rules, bug fixes and deployment prep, you will most likely need more than 4-5 hours. It really depends on the size and complexity of your app.

How are you looking to get identity verification implemented (third-party API vs manual review) and how the current workflows are structured, once the audit is done, it should be much easier to define clear deliverables. If theres a Bad database design, once the data structure is wrong, every feature built on top becomes fragile and expensive to fix. Any thoughts ?
