I have paid for a yearly subscription to Bubble Essential Kit less than 1 month ago - And now it is requesting that I pay again for the services?
Is this a known issue that resolves itself?
How do I get in touch with someone to check what happened?
Please assist me

I don’t believe Bubble Essential Kit is a product by Bubble Group, Inc. I would recommend checking out to the Bubble Essential Kit team instead.

I do understand that - BUT they have no contact information and I am stuck now.
Do you have any advice or thoughts on how to contact them / someone who will know?

I do not. They’re not affiliated with Bubble, so not sure support can help there either.
If you still can’t contact them or find any contact information (maybe you can check the payment receipt?), you can probably submit a chargeback with your bank since you did your part in attempting to make a reasonable effort to contact the seller?
User @renatoasse on the forum might be able to help you. He introduced the essential kit 2.0 in this topic and responds to questions about it.
