Bubble forum app link in android

When I opened bubble forum link in my android phone chrome browser, I got notification for adding app link.
How can I do this for my web app.Its like as good as having Android App.

I got it, it’s from chrome menu.
Add to home screen option.

But when I try to add other websites , they don’t display in full view more like bubble forum dies.
Need to dig more and see weather I can use the same idea for my web app.
