Bug in "Grid & Borders"?

Hi there,

since the grid functions were extended some weeks ago the function “Snap elements to grid” doesn’t work anymore as expected. When activated, it first snaps to edges, but not to the grid. After a while (manipulations and minutes) it starts to snap to the grid. Why this behavior and delays? Is this a bug?

The grid seems to work only in the horizontal direction, but not in the vertical direction.
