i calculate random string it doesnt work

Working for me on the front end. Can you provide more details or context?
to add context either on page when user is created it does not work with calculate formula
or in backend, where i have a wflow to bulk create invitation codes for users it does not work. i tried recursive as well as make changes to list of things as well as bulk wflow.
if i edit the invite code manually to something else thats not randomn via calculate formula it works.
True, it’s kinda buggy lately. When I specify it to generate a certain number of digits it sometimes generates less.
