Yea it should be possible
First, you could change the “from” email. In the send email action there is an option “specify a different reply address” or something like that. You can check it and then enter the email users should reply to.
But if you want your email to be actually displayed like it was sent from your server, then the solution is to create your SendGrid account and to configure the domain whitelabel option of SendGrid. Their documentation explains well how to do that.
Thanks, but my main confusion comes from the ‘Domain & Email’ tab, where the ‘Emails sent by your app come from’ field is automatically populated by my app domain name, without an option to use a different domain.
This si only for the “reply to” field of the sent email.
If you specify a different “reply to” address in the “end email” action, it will override this, so that you can specify any address you want, including ne with a different domain name.
If you want to send email through a different domain, you have to set it via SendGrid in the domain whitelabel options.
