Can't get SOC 2 Report in Bubble

Hey I’m working for a company that is looking to get ISO27001K certified and so we need to validate that each of our vendors have a SOC 2 Report. I’ve reach out to Bubble and they said they only share the SOC 2 Report with companies who are on the Teams or Enterprise Plan (We are on the Growth Plan) and they said that we would have to sign an NDA if we did upgrade and wanted to get the SOC 2 Report.

I’m curious if anyone else has faced this kind’ve issue with getting a SOC 2 from bubble or if they have any tips on how they got the report from bubble?

Most of our other vendors have this SOC 2 Report publicly available or have sent it to us when we’ve asked, so it has surprised me that Bubble have hoops that we have to jump through.

Curious what other people’s experience has been here?

We had the same challenge - given we are on the growth plan too and had a similar response from the Bubble team. We just pointed to the security page - Security | Bubble which mentions that Bubble is SOC 2 Type || compliant.
