Can't set URL parameters (is this a new bug?)

I am trying to set URL parameters, but unfortunately i can’t set parameters. Sys just dosen’t allow me to enter any, it just want’s me to pick from the list.

Is this a bug or i am doing something wrong?

You can just use arbitrary text
