Changing the color of an SVG icon based on real time data

I’m looking to change the color of an SVG icon based on the color of the dot located on this website here - https://gcpdot.com/

The color of that dot changes every minute based on incoming data and I would like my SVG icon to also change color in response to the color of this dot.

Does anyone have an idea on how I could accomplish this within Bubble?
