  1. Can we export the code with any of the plans?
  2. Can we import our locally created code to Bubble.io ?

You can’t export the code but you can import code to bubble using different plugin or you can store it somewhere and access via api.

You can export your app as JSON data, see Settings- General - App file management. It will however very likely not run on another platform.
