Collapse this element's height when hidden

Hi, i saw this feature does not exist anymore, anybody knows how can i apply a similar feature?

It does exist still… on the layout tab of the element (collapse when hidden - obviously it won’t be an option if the parent element has a fixed layout, but for all other layout types it’s still there)
