Comment or Note on each workflow

It will be great to have a visual note indicator with First letter on each Workflow, to sort and say what is it, without having the need to go inside each workflow if a note exists. Serve also the purpose to assembled together some group of workflows.

Also, would be great to have a note for each condition.
