Conditional formatting with time

Id like to set conditional formatting for text so that when it is morning it will say Good Morning and When it is afternoon it would say “Good Afternoon” and when it is evening it will say "Good evening " how would i go about doing that ?

Add conditional statements to your text element and change the text based on the extracted hour. Hours are extracted in 24hr format (i.e 8:00pm is 20)
