I can’t seem to find an answer to this anywhere. Is there a way to automatically copy my current web apps to the native mobile builder, or will I have to completely rebuild all of the elements and workflows for the mobile version?

No. you can however copy paste some element from your web app to mobile app. Also possible to use webview for some page. This was answered in the launch session
