That’s a good question. I wish more people would talk about the ones they had good experiences with too. 
@pork1977gm is one, if not the best technical developer’s I’ve had the pleasure to work with from many others here.
The help has been far beyond bubble and crosses into other areas of development (coding) over just no-code.
Id definitely recommend speaking to him for work. Short or long term including plugins.
