Create TXT file (with special characters)

Hi all,
I want to store Data from a text/input-field in a TXT textfile.
I found the plugin Text File Conjurer which is very cool and easy to handle but:
I want to store not normal text - there are some special characters in that text to save in file. The created file (via the plugin) stores the text chars in that file (right side) but not all data (left side). spaces are gone for example:

Any ideas? I really need 1-to-1 stored data from the multiline input field in my text file.

Soled it. I use base64 to encode and decode.
