What you want to do is transform (or extract) aspects of the date to match what you’re looking to do. The post linked below covers the concept, but from a different use case.

Schedule recurring event on first of the month?

Assuming you are on at least a Personal plan, when you are creating the recurring event for that user, you’ll want to transform the date on the initial “Start Date.” To do this, you want to increase the current month by 1.
